Teddy Bedding operates from a warehouse which is not open to the public.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately no, our warehouse is not equipped with the facilities to offer this service.

The item I want is out of stock.

If the item you want is out of stock, please email help@teddybedding.co.uk and we will let you know when we will receive our next shipment.

I would like to amend/cancel my order.

When you place your order, you will receive two emails. The first email will be the order confirmation and the second email will be the dispatch confirmation.
If you have not received the second email (dispatch confirmation) then it may be possible to amend/cancel your order, in this case please help@teddybedding.co.uk

I received part of my order or I received the wrong item.

Sometimes mistakes can happen.
If you have received part of your order or have received the wrong item, please email help@teddybedding.co.uk and give a brief explanation to what you received and we will resolve your issue.

I haven’t received my order.

If your order is placed within the UK and you have not received your order within 4 working days please email help@teddybedding.co.uk uk and we will contact the relevant courier service used.

My order contains a faulty item.

If on the rare occasion you receive a faulty item please email help@teddybedding.co.uk and include a brief description with images of the item.
We take faulty item claims very seriously and we will either issue a replacement or refund depending on customers preferences.
