Return Your Items
How To Return Your Items:

To open a returns request, please send an email to help@teddybedding.co.uk
Please ensure the following is included in your email:
- Your order number in the subject field, alongside the word return.
Example: Order 1105 – Return Request.
- A description in the email for why you are requesting a return and what items you want to send back from your order. (pictures are required if you are returning because you have received damaged or faulty goods).
Once we have received your request, we will email you back with further instructions.

Once we have received the item(s) we will inspect them and if all is well, we will issue a refund.
Please note that ALL original delivery costs are non-refundable.
