All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day, next day delivery is available on orders placed before 10am.

we offer two delivery options, standard delivery £3.95 (free on orders over £49) and next day delivery £5.95. (order before 1pm)

Standard orders can be expected in 2-3 working days. Next day orders can be expected the following working day.
Returns:
We are happy to accept returns on all orders provided they are within the 28 day returns period, unused and are in the original packaging and include all original labels and tags.
We cannot accept returns on personalised items.
Returns costs are the responsibility of the customer, therefore we strongly recommend you use a trackable service.
 
Exchanges:
If on the rare occasion you receive faulty item(s), receive the wrong item(s) or only receive part of your order, only then will we offer a free exchange.
Other than the above, we do not offer an exchange facility, therefore if you would like a replacement for any other reason, please return the item(s) and simply place your order again.
